Return & Refund Policy

At King's Exquisite Designs LLC, we take pride in creating high-quality custom products. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Items

ALL CUSTOM, PERSONALIZED, AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Because each custom item is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the error was made by King's Exquisite Designs LLC.

Examples include:

  • Personalized apparel

  • Custom banners

  • Graduation items

  • Custom gifts

  • Embroidery

  • DTF prints

  • Custom event dΓ©cor

  • Any made-to-order merchandise

Please double-check all names, dates, sizes, colors, spelling, and design details before submitting your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective

  • Incorrect due to an error on our part

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once we review your claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.


Non-Custom Items

Eligible non-custom items may be returned if they:

  • Are unused and unworn

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Are in their original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

Return requests must be submitted before sending any item back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If approved, return instructions will be provided.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Beauty and personal care products

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases


Exchanges

Custom items cannot be exchanged unless the error was made by King's Exquisite Designs LLC.

For eligible non-custom products, exchanges are subject to product availability.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return eligible non-custom merchandise within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

This policy does not override legal rights that may apply under local law.


Refunds

If a return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
