We are committed to creating quality custom products and delivering them as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
Most orders are custom-made and require production before shipping.

Standard processing time is 7–14 business days.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order.
To ensure your order arrives on time, please provide your Need By Date when placing your order. We will do our best to meet your requested deadline; however, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.
Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted carriers, including:

USPS Priority Mail – Small items, apparel, and printed products (estimated transit time: 2–5 business days)

FedEx Ground – Backdrops, banners, and oversized items (estimated transit time: 2–7 business days)
Shipping carriers are selected based on the size and weight of your order.
Shipping Time
Shipping transit times begin after your order has been completed and shipped.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
King's Exquisite Designs LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Delays
Once your package has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, the shipment is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of both the package and the damaged item.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist you in filing a claim if necessary.
